Two Dimensions has asked us to spread the word that she is holding a fractal contest. Deadline is December 20. Here is the link:

Regarding formulas being used in UF, I have had to download the entire formula database (which now exceeds 6 meg) more than once to tweak something, and for the latest one, the download did not supply the formula I needed, and UF3 also could not fetch it. I realize I should keep my database up to date, but I just plain forget. My apologies. But if a formula is NOT in the database, then it is better not to offer a file for tweaking that uses it, or you should in
